What are your shipping costs?
24 hours order processing and delivered 3-10 days to your door. Some items, including books, may come from overseas or the eastern seaboard and therefore can take longer. Our shipping costs include postage & handling and start from $14.00 for standard packages delivered Australia wide up to 500gms, $18 for packages from 500g - 3Kg and $25 for packages up to 5kg.
Packages above this weight will be split into smaller packages and you will incur an additional shipping charge. If your package is over 5kg, please select "Call for shipping" in your order and email us to arrange quote and delivery.
If your order is made up of a variety of products and/or specialist items, this may delay delivery times as your package will not be shipped until all products arrive at our distribution office.

Return of Faulty Products
Products that are faulty on arrival can be exchanged with HaveaGoShop.com.au, within 30 days. All products, unless otherwise noted, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Faulty on arrival products that are returned for a refund are refunded the full purchase price not including delivery costs.

We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
No Return Basis
The term No Return Basis means that a returned product will not be accepted by HaveaGoShop unless the product is faulty within the warranties imposed by statute and which cannot be excluded by agreement. Products marked with the No Return Basis include: Products marked "fragile", "discontinued" or "obsolete", any food, pharmaceutical or beauty products, subscriptions and hygene products. These products are strictly no return.
Procedure for the return of Products
All products to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please contact HaveaGoShop by email or by phone.
All products must be returned to us at your cost and must contain all original packaging and documentation. Fragile products returned must be packaged in shock absorbent bubble wrap, products returned by any other means will not be accepted by HaveaGoShop.
HaveaGoShop reserves the right to deny replacement of goods that have been poorly packaged and that have missing parts or have physical signs of abuse.
Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of returned products (exceptions to this may occur from time to time). A re-stocking fee may also apply to the return of non-faulty products. Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act.
